G'day folks, my name is Dave and I'll be your tour guide... Welcome to Kelowna - Speed limit 50 k/m.
While on location at this scene, I noticed many drivers exceeding 70 k/h as they approached. Some of them may have noticed me hollering something at them as they approached. I was hollering "whoa" - "slow down" - "red light". I'm surprised that I don't have an accident to show you here.
