"Take our names off your website or we'll sell your home to pay for all the work that we never did!"
November 17th, 2005.
Not in dispute is the fact that in spite of Grant Hardwick's ultimatum to cease and desist with the "campaign of facsimile barrages"; I turned my original 3 page rendition into the much lengthier version that I faxed again and now have displayed as My Horror Story.
Kirby Grant, my Legal Aid lawyer informed me that Mr. Hardwick was fine with the long version. No law suit for slander, I guess.
Or at least, that's the way it appeared, back in 1997.
So now here it is, November - 2005, they have Orders to;
But they don't like their names on my website; quite understandably.
What's difficult to understand is how they're entitled to be paid for something that they simply refused to deliver - something that they agreed to do, even though they never intended to. I relied on their word that they would act for me in those matters, most detrimental to my prosperity and happiness in life, yet they quit.
But I digress.
This is a page where you can find a variety of email exchanges, not just between Roy and myself, but also glimse a few that went on "behind my back". Even while Roy attempts to impose a cone of silence over the entire matter. He's taken to threatening me with an injuction, now and Grant insists that he was merely demonstrating mercy, not suing me for slander, years ago.
Right - the emails..
Wednesday, September 07, 2005 2:48 PM, Roy wrote in reply to my email, "RE: the sale of my home"
And the dialogue began.. Wednesday, September 28, 2005 4:50 PM, Roy wrote in reply to my email, "RE: Your proposal"
Thursday, September 29, 2005 9:45 AM, Roy wrote, again.
But what's this?
And then, nothing until Thursday, October 27, 2005 8:46 AM - Roy wrote... is he having trouble keeping track of things?
Then, on Monday, October 31, 2005 2:03 PM, Roy wrote back to my response to him - Trick or tre-eat!
And shortly after I sent him my reply, I get this back Tuesday, November 01, 2005 @ 1:05 AM
And then nadda for two weeks - Monday, November 14, 2005 @ 2:12 PM
And a week later..
Email Roy Sommerey
Seriously Roy, your absolutely contemptuous disregard for my right to speak the truth freely, is most reprehensible. It amounts to no less than extortion, but then this whole matter has been no less than an excercise in criminal fraud and extortion.
I also sent a copy of my Affidavit, including a compact disk of the tape-recorded conversation in mp3 format, to Jonathan Corbett, the latest agent from the Lawyers' Insurance Fund, who inherited the file, now, from Hazel Cords.
I never did get a reply from Hazel Cords to my letter, wherein I asked her if it was her intention to become implicated in fraud and extortion... I guess not, eh.
Yours very truly,
