As an act of defiance, I am challenging the seatbelt law for the 3rd time, now. Using this bad law, I strive to demonstrate through this challenge, intrinsic also in exposing "henious crimes, aided and abetted by members of the RCMP and even Supreme Court Chief Justice Patrick Dohm". So far, I'm down to 40 bucks for a seatbelt fine.
On April 1st, 05, I was in front of Justice of the Peace, Taylor, who said he had no jurisdiction and I that I had to serve the Attorney Generals of B.C. and Canada - I had a Constitutional challenge within my submissions. He put it off to July 4th.
And then there he was, again on July 4th to adjourn it to September 14th, based on a letter that I'd not yet received.
Of course I got a reply from the feds, too.
I just want to expose henious crimes...
So on October 5th, 2005, I filed a copy of a Notice to Admit that I'd drafted, serving a copy, via fax, to Bryant Mackey. A pre-trial hearing is set for March 30th, 2006, 9:30 a.m., in the Kelowna Law Courts - I'm not sure which room so I intend to get there early and inquire.
Essentially, as I presently understand, "the Crown" is taking the position that I may speak for myself but not for any other. So whatever happened to the notion of "equality before and under the law", then?
I also sent a letter of response to Allan P. Seckel, Deputy Attorney General; he's the "go-to guy", I'm told..

HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN
Application to the Judge
I, David-Hunter: Thomson, a native of British Columbia, residing at 725 Franklyn Road in Kelowna, in the Province of British Columbia, DO HEREBY MAKE APPLICATION TO A JUDGE OF THE PROVINCIAL COURT, FOR SUCH ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
1. For an order to strike the provincial seat-belt legislation, citing the law as "arbitrary" in its enforcement, detrimental to the safety, well-being, comfort and freedom of individuals in a variety of instances the enforcement of which is a mis-allocation of police resources.
2. For an order to overturn my two previous seat-belt fines, one-hundred and nine dollars and forty dollars, respectively.
3. For an order, calling for the assembly of:
a. An independent public body, bestowed with complete prosecutorial powers, empowered to investigate, to lay criminal charges and to issue subpoenas, bench warrants and summary convictions where sufficient evidence supports such findings.
b. Such an independent body to be mandated to ferret out the corruption within the offices of the administration of justice, to restore the integrity and the reputation of the courts.
c. Such an independent body would be free to go wherever itsí investigations lead it, regarding corruption in the offices of the administration of justice.
If this court, for whatever reason is not able or willing to grant all of the above Orders, then please grant me aid and direction. Answer me:
"How far must people go; how many people must partake before this court will admit that there is sufficient corruption, so as to warrant the facilitation of an orderly, independent, public review, complete with the prosecutorial power to let it be seen that justice is being carried out?"
In making this APPLICATION, I rely on my Sworn Asseveration, filed on March 31st, 2005, the facts as are evidenced in my Sworn Affidavit, filed in this same Registry on July 26th, 2004 and such professional witnesses who are able to attend to testify.
This hearing is set to take place at the Kelowna Law Courts, at 9:30 in the fore-noon of April 1st, 2005.
